I Can't Maintain My Business

You ever feel like you're doing the most?

Trying to post on social media daily, writing up blog posts, streaming live videos, taking sales calls, assisting clients, managing emails, handling payments, paying expenses... it's enough to make you want to pull your hair out!

Then the burnout sets in.

You find yourself becoming less and less productive and just the thought of your to do list drains you of your energy.

It's like, how in the world do people do this?!

Systems, that's how.

Those people who are calm and seem like they have it all together prevent overwhelm and burnout by implementing dynamic systems to make their lives a heck of a lot easier.

If you're at the point of burn out, take a few days to away from your business to rejuvenate. This may seem counterproductive for my uber achievers out there, but trust me, self care is just what the doctor ordered.

Once you're well rested, fed, and relaxed, you'll be in a better head space to tackle this challenge! (I should write a post about this!)

If you're ready to regain control of your business, start with the following.

This week, I want you to document all of your processes from A to Z, noting every task and in what order you complete them in.

Once you have this data, you can analyze it to see where you leverage your efforts better and minimize unnecessary steps.

Work smarter by combining what can be combined, eliminated what's not serving you or your clients, and finding ways to work more effectively.

Service based businesses struggle with this one because we don't typically offer products; we are experience brands.

This is where technology becomes your best friend!

Is there information or parts of your services that can be prerecorded? What general information can you package into a video series, mp3 or online course? What parts of your sales processes can you step away from and replace with a form, survey, or pdf?

Passive programming is universal and saves you a massive amount of time and energy once it's completed.

There are some things you'll want to be hands on with concerning your clients, but then there are other things that can be slightly automated to help lighten the load.

A few things to consider automating partially:

  • Education Supplements
  • Hiring
  • Prospecting
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Clients
  • Inquiry Calls
  • Project Management
  • Sales Funnels
  • Webinars/Masterclasses

Click the button below to schedule a free virtual chat with me and I'll analyze your brand to show you what systems to implement that will take the stress off your shoulders and help you conduct business with ease.
