We talked about the importance of brand identity in a saturated market. See, most people hear the word 'brand' and immediately think of the visual aspects: business cards, logos, website, professional photos, etc.

Those things are definitely important, but your audience is more concerned with your brand identity.

Brand identity is your unique delivery of your services. Authenticity is key, because no one else can do what you do the way you do it (even if they look exactly like you!)

Consumers have been groomed to believe that most services and products are commodities. This negatively impacts entrepreneurs because they expect designer goods at Walmart prices.
